He suck. He selfishly chose her from that list, married her, left her alone in an unfamiliar environment with his bitchy people while expecting that she can live like the her in the west. Didn't even notice her sunken appearance and her being treated like a slave then. Author tried to build his innocence for the terrible marriage she had in her last life and it's a fail imo.
And she was stupid as well in her last life. If I was treated like that, I'd just pack my bag and leave. But then, the story won't even happen. That's a given. It happens when you're in an abusive relationship and you can only hold on to it to at least live. Because you thought that you can only rely on them to live.
He is weak af and can't even treat the person he liked like A PERSON at the very least. He treated her like she was a rock in the last life.
Art is ok, plot is good because I like kingdom-building genre, translation needs more work and some chapters get jumbled.
